Position Overview

We are searching for an experienced Technical Lead to manage the development of next-generation crypto wallets; sounds exciting, right? This is your golden chance to dive into the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of Web3, while leading a talented team of developers and working with our brilliant product and design teams!

Key Responsibilities :

• He/She should Lead and mentor our backend and wallet developers ; keeping coding standards sky-high and technical excellence non-negotiable!
• He/She can design, architect, and construct safe, large-scale crypto wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
• He or She must collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions that just work.
• And Outline the technical roadmap, prioritize, and ensure project milestones are reached — on schedule, every time!
• Must take the lead in building peer-to-peer (P2P) applications for truly decentralized communication — no middlemen, no limits!
• He/She should perform code and architecture reviews to wring out every possible drop of performance and scalability.
• And also stay on the pulse of the newest Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends and deploy new features whenever it makes sense!

Requirements :-

The company requirements are simple but yeah the applicant must be capable of these which are following :

1. The Applicant must hold 6+ years of solid software engineering experience; with at least 2–3 of those years spent in a technical leadership role.
2. He/She must hands-on experience building and deploying crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and Web3-based applications (yes, we mean the real thing ; not just side projects!).
3. Should have strong skills in Node.js and React Native, with a track record of successful mobile app launches that you’re proud of.
4. Have a solid C++ knowledge ; especially when it comes to OS internals, cryptography, and networking magic.
5. Must be Familiar with EVM, Solidity, and tools like ethers.js/web3.js.
6. And bonus points if you’ve worked on P2P applications or distributed systems ; that’s a huge plus!
7. A deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and API integrations.
8. Should have excellent leadership, problem-solving, and top-notch communication skills (yes, we actually value soft skills!).
9. Also have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience that speaks for itself.
